However, with so many pathways available across different companies and industries, identifying the programme that best aligns with your goals can be a real challenge.
To guide you in making the right choice, the EDHEC NewGen Talent Centre has created the 3-Component Model — a clear and effective method designed to assess each programme based on three key dimensions:

ROTATION
This component indicates that the programme includes at least two different assignments or roles within the company. It’s the ideal opportunity to broaden your skill set and explore various aspects of your field.

INTERNATIONAL
Programmes featuring this component allow you to gain experience in at least two different countries, providing you with global exposure and immersion in multicultural environments.

DEVELOPMENT
This component highlights programmes that offer training, coaching, or mentoring opportunities — supporting your personal and professional growth.
A programme may include one, two, or all three components, providing a clear overview of its key strengths. This model makes it easy to compare different opportunities and identify the Graduate Programme that best fits your career ambitions and professional objectives.
